Wesley Community Center – Financial Literacy

We will be working with one of the only Financial Opportunity Centers in Houston, Wesley Community Center to educate their clients that are going through their workforce development program. The clients are students who are coming through Wesley trying to earn a scholarship for Certified Nurse Assistant, Patient Care Technician or Child Development Associate. Clients will be doing contextualized learning for the 7 weeks and on Fridays’ they get employability skills or financial literacy. Once they successfully complete the 7-week program they can transfer to a Community College of their choice.
