Important Changes are Coming to the Online and Mobile Banking
With the recent acquisition of Green Bank, Veritex will be replacing the current online banking system at greenbank.com with the Veritex Online & Mobile Banking located at veritexbank.com that includes Bill Pay and Mobile Deposit Capture.
The information below outlining these changes and critical dates which will affect your online access.
Veritex Online Banking
As an existing Green Online Banking Customer, your online banking information will automatically transfer over to the new system. This will make your transition to Veritex Online and Mobile Banking effortless.
Veritex Online Bill-Pay
Your current Bill Pay information will transfer to Veritex Bill Pay.
Veritex Mobile Banking
Due to system incompatibility, the Green Bank Mobile Banking App will not automatically update to the Veritex Mobile Banking App. You may download the Veritex Mobile App at any time. However, you will not be able to login until September 23rd.

This is the last day you can schedule bill payments, transfer funds, or make loan payments using Green Bank Online Banking. At 4:00 PM CST, Green Bank's Online Banking will be available for "View Only". The Green Bank Mobile Banking App will no longer be accessible.
Saturday, September 21, 2019 - Sunday, September 22, 2019
Green Bank's Online Banking will be available for "View Only." Meaning, you can view your account history, download statements, and transaction history only.
Monday, September 23, 2019
You will access Veritex Online Banking at veritexbank.com, or through the Veritex Mobile App. Your online banking and bill-pay information will automatically transfer over to Veritex.
If you make deposits using mobile banking, you'll need to enroll for Mobile Deposit through Veritex Online or Mobile Banking.
No changes are scheduled for Commercial Remote Deposit Capture.
PLEASE NOTE: if you currently utilize Quicken® or QuickBooks® to pay bills, you will need to use Veritex Bill Pay system going forward. Bill-Pay from Quicken® or QuickBooks® will no longer be available.

FIRST TIME LOGIN INSTRUCTIONS FOR VERITEX ONLINE & MOBILE BANKING
Follow these simple First-Time Login beginning Monday, September 23rd.
From the Veritex website:
- Enter the Login ID you used for Green Bank Online Banking under “Banking Login” and click Submit.
- Select “I am a new user”.
- You will be required to request a secure access code in order to both verify and register your device. This one-time secure access code is sent via SMS text message
- (recommended) or a direct dial-phone call. The code is only good for a short time, so please enter it immediately.
- After your initial login you will be prompted to verify your profile and create a new password.
