DALLAS, TX, Jan. 26, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Veritex Holdings, Inc. (“Veritex” or the “Company”) (Nasdaq: VBTX), the holding company for Veritex Community Bank, today announced the results for the fourth quarter and full year of 2020. Net income for the quarter ended December 31, 2020 totaled $22.8 million, or $0.46 diluted earnings per share (“EPS”), compared to $22.9 million, or $0.46 diluted EPS, for the quarter ended September 30, 2020 and $29.1 million, or $0.56 diluted EPS, for the quarter ended December 31, 2019. Operating earnings for the quarter ended December 31, 2020 totaled $29.7 million, or $0.60 diluted operating EPS1, compared to $22.9 million, or $0.46 diluted operating EPS1, for the quarter ended September 30, 2020 and $30.3 million, or $0.58 diluted operating EPS1, for the quarter ended December 31, 2019.
