True You Culture

At Veritex, we want you all to be your very best. We are a living example that our Bank is far greater than the sum of its parts. That’s because of YOU. Each and every one of you make a difference.

Being Your True You means considering all aspects of your life: Being mindful and aware, being physically and mentally healthy, striving for a prosperous life and being financially fit, being faithful and always striving to be better.

These five points are the very foundation of our bank. By focusing on them in your day-to-day life you will become more purposeful, more productive, healthier and happier. Everyone longs to be healthy and happy. After all, what's the point in working hard toward a long and healthy life if you can't enjoy it?

Listen to and learn from others, contribute positively to the community, cultivate a work environment where people know they are cared for; strive to be the best version of yourself in all areas.

Nourish and care for the body and mind. Get outside and take a walk, stretch, drink water, eat a variety of healthy foods and make wellness a priority.

Being fully present in the moment, actively aware of where we are and what we are doing; be more intentional about our reactions to others or situations.

Having a strong faith in each other, our bank, a higher power, and our greater purpose creates a sense of connectedness, trust, and meaning in our daily lives.

Flourishing financially is just a part of being prosperous. Focus on creating an abundance of physical, spiritual as well as economic blessings in our lives and those around us.
